You can’t make everyone happy

Build enough. Record enough. Paint enough. Code enough. Plan enough. Write enough.

Someone’s eventually going to be upset, and they’re going to complain about what you do.

Does this make you mad? Vindictive? Does it make you want to quit?

We have to assume everyone won’t be happy; it’s like knowing you’re not going to make every green light. Having good intentions and trying to bring the best value to those around you is the best you can do. If people don’t like it, follow Dr. Seuss’s advice:

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.
